i can smell and taste how 'expensive' it is..
i ate the lemon thinking it was icing it was actual lemon..
the crust is crunchy but not too hard, perfectly soft..
the lemon inside melts.. and the soft cream ontop balances the sour and sweet taste..

All of them were so yummy!

The Black Forest tart and Lemon Poppyseed tart were spot on. Not too sweet and the right amount of tanginess for the lemon poppyseed.
The Chocolate Hazelnut was on the sweet side and the Rose Lychee Raspberry had an aftertaste. A bit more raspberry would be good.
