First time try the Sourdough Carrot Cake. I thought it would be hard. But the cake is nice, soft, lots of walnuts, carrots and other nuts. The cake texture is nice.

The cake was phenomenal. I love that it wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet, which allowed the actual flavors of the cake and cream to shine through. I will definitely recommend this cake for someone with lower sugar preference.
