• Strawberry White Chocolate Mousse — smooth, creamy, with real strawberry running through white chocolate. Shaped into a blossom on top of the cake.
• Strawberry Compote — tangy, fruity, concentrated. Cuts through the sweetness of the mousse so the whole cake stays balanced.
• Roasted Strawberries — whole strawberries, oven-roasted. Deeper, sweeter flavour than fresh. You taste them between layers.
