What is an ondeh ondeh tart?

It's our tart tribute to ondeh ondeh (also spelled onde onde) — the classic Nyonya kuih of pandan rice balls filled with molten gula melaka and rolled in coconut. We've turned those flavours — pandan, gula melaka and coconut — into a layered dessert tart.

What does it taste like?

Fragrant pandan, toasty coconut and that unmistakable caramel hit of gula melaka, balanced by a crisp almond tart shell. Sweet, but not cloying.
