You guys are a lifesaver! My kiddos birthday was on the 17th and wife's on the 19th. Obviously all attention went to kiddo. Wife was feeling down and left out, so I quickly got to searching for a burnt cheesecake (her fav). The burnt cheese cake was very good. Its smooth and not too "creamy" texture made it the right choice for a cool rainy day.
